Automation, Analytics, and Integrations
AI Agents & Workflow Engine
Blinks Labs provides programmable agents and an event-driven workflow engine to automate portfolio strategies, treasury operations, and compliance guardrails. You may only deploy automations that comply with applicable laws, exchange policies, and jurisdictional restrictions. You must not configure agents to facilitate market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions violations, or any other unlawful activity.
Analytics & Monitoring
The Platform exposes analytics covering execution quality, routing paths, wallet balances, sentiment scores, and trigger performance. You agree to use these insights responsibly, maintain required disclosures to your stakeholders, and comply with all privacy, securities, and data-handling regulations that apply to your organization.
Embedded Wallets & DeFi Connectivity
Connections to Privy-managed wallets, Jupiter Aggregator, Kamino Finance, DeBridge, Marinade Finance, Hyperliquid, Pump.fun, or any other supported protocol are provided "as available." You are responsible for validating that the assets, jurisdictions, and strategies you pursue through these integrations are permitted. Blinks Labs may suspend or geo-block integrations if required by partners, regulators, or security considerations.
Business Continuity
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, contractual rights and associated data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, provided that the successor honors protections materially consistent with these Terms.
User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using Blinks Labs. However, by uploading or creating content, you grant Blinks Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
